Terms of Use
Last updated: 8 October 2026
Nido's licence is Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). The terms below are the small set of Nido-specific terms that supplement it — they don't replace it.
Subscriptions and purchases
Nido Plus is an auto-renewing subscription with two plans — monthly (nido.plus.monthly) or annual (nido.plus.annual, which starts with a one-week free trial for eligible new subscribers) — priced as shown in the App Store at the time of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period or trial, and payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase or, with the trial, when the trial ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription any time in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device, or from Nido's Settings screen. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law or Apple's own refund policies.
Not medical advice
Nido calculates gestational age, a due date, and a week-by-week timeline from a date you provide, using standard obstetric convention. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing in the app should be treated as a substitute for guidance from a qualified healthcare provider. Always consult your own doctor or midwife about your pregnancy.
Your data, your responsibility
Nido stores what you enter — dates, appointments, and settings — and reminds you about it. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your device (and, if enabled, your iCloud account) secure.
No warranty beyond the law's minimum
Nido is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Nido and its developer aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, beyond what applicable consumer-protection law requires.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; continuing to use Nido after an update means you accept the revised terms.
